The quality and control features provided by the glass extraction principle and the built-in “prefinisher” system make the Zumex PJE citrus juice extractor the citrus juice production industry's favourite.
It is designed for productions of up to 500 pieces of fruit per machine and minute of oranges, tangerines, limes and grapefruit.
The Premium system, which Zumex offers as standard, uses especially designed components to reduce the essential oil levels and finally, the bitter components in the juice.
If has a stop-start safety system based on machine protections opening, as well as cleaning by water injection.
