CUP SYSTEM

It comes with five 3” or 4” (according to order) cups with a processing speed of 100 impulses per minute.

Its Premium System components reduce the amount of oil in the juice and increase the yield of the kilos of juice per fruit processed.

It is also available in 2-3/8" and 4-¼” cups depending on the size of the fruit to be processed.

 

IT SEPARATES
AND REGULATES

Specifically designed to separate the bagasse juice, peel and essential oil emulsion to reduce the oil levels and hesperidin in juice. 

 

STRUCTURE
AND FINISHES

Frame and contact areas with fruit and juice are made entirely of AISI 316 and AISI 304 stainless steel, with food grade polyamide protections.

Both the sliding shafts of the upper beam and the main shaft made of special steel, and the feed guides, universal cams, and cam fingers, are finished and treated with the best materials and processes.
