The Zumex ZBL 1000 semi-automatic filling machine for filling bottles of different materials and sizes (200 ml to 2 l) with natural juices, with average capacity of 300-350 l/h.
It has a container conveyor that adapts in width to the filling machine, with container centring device at filling nozzle and pneumatic barrier for the intermittent passage of containers.
To fill them with juice with pulp, it has 2 automatic total section nozzle tips, programmable from the Control panel for packing modalities, and CIP with automatic dispensing system and filling control system by means of digital dispensing indicator with 99.5% precision.
