Its 4 Kw capacity allows it to crush up to 1000 kilos of fruit per hour. It is supplied with different modules to adapt the crushing size.
For its initial stage it has a 1800 mm x 2055 mm stainless steel hopper to load fruit, with water intake and discharge to rinse the fruit.
During this second crushing stage, the bucket elevator, perforated to drain the water, includes a water spray for the final rinse during elevation.
